Generally, it takes 1-3 business days for us to verify and prepare your unit. Following this, your product should reach you within 8-13 days.

Pay Attention:

1. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

2. Shipping Rate: Shipping charges will vary based on origin, destination, service, and package weight. Rates include freight plus handling and packaging, as well as the actual postage required. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 3. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

 Change of Address: 

A correct and complete address is necessary for delivery. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, the delivery address can NOT be changed.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you immediately to change the address. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the re-shipped package.

We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. You may change your delivery address before we dispatch your order. Unfortunately, we can't modify the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at service@ez-smooth.com

Order Cancellations: 

We accept order cancellations only before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. Customers can cancel the order and require a refund before the product is shipped . Return & Refund policies will apply. Tracking:

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. This will allow you to monitor your shipment until it's delivered.
